Venesen is a Director in the Litigation Department of Minde Schapiro & Smith. 
He specialises in civil litigation in both the Magistrates’ Court and the High Court. In addition to his litigation practice, he also advises clients in respect of drafting and vetting commercial agreements to ensure that there is minimal risk of disputes arising.        
In light of the nature of litigation often being stressful and expensive, Venesen’s approach to every matter requiring dispute resolution is to explore all possible avenues of resolving the matter in the quickest and most cost effective way for clients. 
When entrusted with a matter, he is always willing to go above and beyond in order to ensure client satisfaction.
